Business Development Manager (Bdm)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to play a key role in accelerating our company’s growth and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual and company sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Manage and grow your assigned sales territory with a proactive and strategic approach.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities while maximizing revenue from established accounts.
• Take ownership of sales performance and profitability within your designated region.
• Analyse underperforming accounts and implement strategies to improve results.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Carry out additional duties as required to support business needs.

About You:

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Proven track record in sales with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with experience in account management and territory planning.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
