Business Development Management (Morning Shift)

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our growing team and help drive client acquisition for outsourcing and remote staffing solutions.

✅ Minimum 5 years of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience

✅ Proven background in Remote Staffing, BPO, SaaS, or IT industries

✅ Experience handling US, AU, or UK clients

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✅ Experience conducting discovery calls and sales presentations

✅ Confident engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders

✅ Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting discovery calls, presenting customized outsourcing solutions, building long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
