Business Development Representative – Restoration / Construction (Outside Sales) – Maryland

Location: Maryland (Hunt Valley office base)
Division: Restoration
Compensation: $35,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Vehicle Allowance + gas card
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | 80% Client-Facing Outside Sales

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow in the Baltimore market by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new accounts and secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Build and manage relationships with property managers, facilities managers, healthcare, senior living, universities, and commercial clients
  • Prospect through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, in-person drop-ins, and industry events
  • Represent PBI at BOMA, ABC, and other professional associations
  • Partner with Operations and Project Managers on walkthroughs, proposals, and emergency response planning
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking in Zoho or HubSpot CRM
  • Share market intelligence and client feedback with leadership

  • Consistently hitting weekly visit and meeting activity goals
  • Growing your sales pipeline in CRM
  • Converting leads into contracts and long-term accounts
  • Securing new MSAs with commercial clients
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Building long-term, trusted client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience (restoration, construction, facilities, or property management preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling service agreements or recurring revenue solutions strongly preferred
  • Established networks in commercial property management, healthcare, or facilities a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho or HubSpot preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (experience considered in place of degree)
