About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our U.S. growth initiatives. This is a remote, outreach-focused role where you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, generating leads, and driving referral partnerships.

The ideal candidate has strong calling experience, is comfortable engaging with U.S.-based stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to healthcare providers and potential partners in the U.S.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with clinics, providers, and healthcare networks
• Identify and research new business opportunities and target accounts
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the U.S.-based team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, outreach performance, and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding of new partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound calling roles
• Strong cold calling and communication skills (must-have)
• Experience working with or supporting the U.S. market (preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related industries
• Exposure to real estate, provider outreach, or partnership development is a plus
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php42,362.60 - Php51,440.30 per month
