Job Description

You will play a key role in onboarding new trust and corporate structures, working closely with Client Relationship Officers and internal stakeholders. You will manage the full lifecycle of new mandates – from engagement letter and internal approvals to screening, documentation and entity setup. The role combines hands-on execution with strong client and stakeholder management to ensure a smooth, compliant and efficient onboarding experience.

Main responsibilities

  • To support the Head of Trust Structuring to engage and collaborate with Client Relationship Officers (CROs) and other internal stakeholders to identify and develop new trust and corporate structuring opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding of trust structures, including engagement letters, internal approvals, screening and coordination of trust documentation.
  • Ensure all new structures are established and administered in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records for all client entities, ensuring all statutory and reporting obligations are met.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and operational processes to enhance client experience and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, CROs and intermediaries, providing responsive, solutions oriented support.


Skills and experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in trust services, trust operations and/or business development within a trust, fiduciary or wealth management environment.
  • Solid understanding of trust structures, corporate vehicles and related documentation across onboarding and ongoing administration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with CROs, clients and intermediaries.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple onboarding projects end to end within agreed timelines.
  • Proactive, client focused mindset with strong risk awareness and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements
