Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Hybrid (One day a week in Office – Thursday)

Schedule: US Hours – Eastern Standard Time (8pm-5am Philippine time)

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a driven Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll build and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards, deliver accurate financial reports, and support forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities. You’ll work hands-on with large datasets while collaborating across teams in a fast-evolving systems environment, with financial training provided if needed. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-directed analyst with strong technical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Perform financial analysis, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Responsible for daily, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports and statements
• Month-end close support
• Work with large, complex data sets
• Collaborate across teams; financial training will be provided if needed

• Technical & Systems Requirements
• Power BI expert (dashboard creation, data visualization, analysis)
• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis
• Financial analysis and reporting experience
• Procore or Salesforce experience preferred
• Vista Viewpoint experience preferred
• Organization is transitioning to Oracle (experience a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
