About the Role

Toms Group is looking for a commercially strong Business Manager to lead and develop one of it’s key business areas. This is a central role with full ownership of commercial performance, where you will drive growth initiatives, and market execution across the portfolio.

Working closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, you will ensure strong alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and commercial performance of the key accounts

• Define and drive and execute growth initiatives

• Manage and optimize the brand and product portfolio across customers

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong market execution

• Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking

• Inspire and share learnings and best practice

About the Profile

We are looking for a commercially sharp and results-oriented profile with strong experience from the FMCG industry. You combine the ability to drive execution and create tangible impact in your relations. In a cross-functional environment. While the role does not include people management responsibilities, it requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively with multiple functions across the organization.

Background & Experience

• Strong commercial experience within FMCG is essential.

• Experience with P&L ownership or senior commercial responsibility. Preferably from complex business with extensive stakeholder management

• Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and market performance in Top Tier customers. Handling high promotion activity level and complex negotiations with key accounts

• You build constructive relationships. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• User of Cat-Man and BMS an advantage
