Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team at Worldwide Group of Companies. As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our business operations. This is a full-time position that will see you managing a team of sales associates and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store operations with the company's overall business objectives.
• Inspire and lead a team of store associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring and improving store processes and procedures.
• Analyze store data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a retail operations or retail management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Exceptional customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
