Business System Analyst
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Serve as an agile BA in different ceremonies such as Sprint planning, retrospectives and daily standups to ensure the team is focused on high priority tasks.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring stories and epics are well defined and ready for development.
- Define Acceptance criteria for deliverables and validate outputs against these criteria during testing phases
- Collaborate with testing team to ensure robust testing strategies are in place and performance testing for ETL process and data platforms
- Ensure data governance policies, security protocols and compliance requirements in all deliverables.
- Excellent knowledge on Wealth and Capital Markets artefacts
- Excellent knowledge on Source to Target Mapping documents. Liaison between all the stakeholders to elicit requirements and bridge the gap
