Role Overview

OCO Global is seeking a capable Business Systems Analyst looking to gain experience and take the next step in their career. Your role will be to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital systems underpinning programme delivery and client engagement.

This role will be central to ensuring that business processes are effectively translated into scalable system solutions, while supporting programme teams and clients through system implementation and adoption.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between programme delivery teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring that systems are aligned with operational needs and deliver measurable impact.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Process Analyst
• Strong experience in process mapping and workflow design
• Experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications
• Experience working with CRM systems or programme delivery platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration

Desirable

• Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or programme delivery environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics or similar
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel advanced)
• Exposure to international business, export development, or client-facing programmes

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Mapping

• Lead detailed process mapping exercises across programme workflows (e.g. onboarding, assessment, reporting, advisory delivery)
• Analyse current (“as-is”) processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, standardisation, and improvement
• Design and document future-state (“to-be”) processes aligned with system capabilities
• Facilitate workshops with internal teams and stakeholders to capture and validate requirements

System Implementation & Delivery

• Support the implementation of CRM systems and digital platforms used in programme delivery
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
• Identify opportunities for automation and system optimisation.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders during system rollout and adoption
• Support clients and programme participants in navigating and using systems effectively
• Deliver training sessions, onboarding support and user guidance materials
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Define and support implementation of reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Ensure data is captured consistently and supports programme reporting needs
• Work with teams to generate insights that inform decision-making
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback loops

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop test cases and ensure systems meet agreed requirements
• Identify, log and track system issues through to resolution
• Ensure systems are fit-for-purpose prior to go-live

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system performance and user feedback post-implementation
• Recommend and implement process and system improvements
• Support the evolution of scalable systems to support multiple programmes and clients

Pay: €52,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
