- Updating, maintaining, and improving responses in our RFP content database (Responsive).
- Delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely quarterly Standard RFPs to support new and existing client deliverables by ensuring all-around consistency (language, style, fonts, images).
- Adhering to all processes for completion, tracking and filing of work.
- Maintaining strong investment knowledge and a credible understanding of different asset classes and capabilities offered by Invesco.
- Sharing knowledge with other team members.
- Peer review and checking of work produced by other team members once required level of expertise has been reached.
- Contribute towards the review and development of processes within the Delivery Strategy team, to ensure that the team is working as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Strong attention to detail, diligent in following established procedures, but shows confidence in being able to contribute to improving and creating procedures for changing requirements.
- Flexible to work on several tasks simultaneously and under time pressure with little supervision.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and team player.
- The ability to simplify complex ideas while maintaining accuracy and depth.
- High attention to detail, including solid proofreading skills
- Understanding of different asset classes/strategies and how they function is preferred.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
- MBA (Finance) / CA (Intern) from one of the reputed institutions
