Job Description Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Updating, maintaining, and improving responses in our RFP content database (Responsive).
• Delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely quarterly Standard RFPs to support new and existing client deliverables by ensuring all-around consistency (language, style, fonts, images).
• Adhering to all processes for completion, tracking and filing of work.
• Maintaining strong investment knowledge and a credible understanding of different asset classes and capabilities offered by Invesco.
• Sharing knowledge with other team members.
• Peer review and checking of work produced by other team members once required level of expertise has been reached.
• Contribute towards the review and development of processes within the Delivery Strategy team, to ensure that the team is working as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required: Minimum requirements to perform the role. Personal Attributes

• Strong attention to detail, diligent in following established procedures, but shows confidence in being able to contribute to improving and creating procedures for changing requirements.
• Flexible to work on several tasks simultaneously and under time pressure with little supervision.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and team player.
• The ability to simplify complex ideas while maintaining accuracy and depth.
• High attention to detail, including solid proofreading skills

Experience

• Understanding of different asset classes/strategies and how they function is preferred.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) / CA (Intern) from one of the reputed institutions
