Busser/Cashier

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food items, and responding to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Support the team by helping with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A willingness to learn about food handling practices and bussing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as needed.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
