Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Halenda's Meats. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing high-quality meats to meet customer specifications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications.
• Ensure all meat products are handled safely and meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and product packaging as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in meat cutting or butchery is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic kitchen skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques.
