Marhaba Food Store Limited, a well-established halal meat shop in Dundalk, County Louth, is looking for an experienced butcher. The ideal candidate will have expertise in meat preparation, understanding the principles and standards necessary for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare meat, including cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning to meet customer needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to practices and food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and guiding customers on meat products.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, following health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a butcher, preferably with retail shop meat expertise.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
