Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supplier and Vendor management
• Progressing and expediting orders with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Raising purchase requisitions and orders
• Liasing with external inbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Ensuring cost effectiveness of all purchases and deliveries
• Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained, including the monitoring of back orders
• Updating ERP to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all data
• Product Returns
• Expiry date monitoring and stock rotation
• Receiving goods and checking for damaged or missing items
• Checking accuracy of product details with supporting paperwork
• Assisting with stock taking to ensure accurate stock data maintained
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Monitor performance of suppliers and escalate promptly and accordingly any non-conformances

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Proficient in MS office and excel
• Experience of using ERP system

Desirable criteria

• Third level qualification, preferably in procurement or stock management.
