Description

In the past month, we've generated 300 buyer leads, contributing to a total of over 1,800 leads last year. As a small but ambitious real estate firm, we're eager to expand by bringing on a dedicated buyer's agent to join our team. Currently, we don't have enough agents to manage the influx of leads.

We offer comprehensive real estate expertise, market validation, and agent mentorship, along with access to Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer, all designed to propel your career forward. We seek someone who is ready to actively generate leads, attentively listen to buyers' needs, and patiently guide clients in finding properties that align with their financial and personal objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice and other team activities
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients through Brivity

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
