The Role

We’re hiring a client-facing Campaign & Influencer Account Manager to run campaigns for technical B2B clients.

You’ll be working directly with developers, engineers, and technical founders, both on the client side and the creator side, so you need to be comfortable operating in technical environments, even if you’re not deeply technical yourself.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership across campaign execution.

What You’ll Do

Client Management (Technical Stakeholders)

- Act as the main point of contact for clients across AI, dev tools, and cybersecurity

- Communicate clearly with technical teams and translate their goals into campaigns

- Manage expectations, timelines, and delivery

Influencer Sourcing & Outreach

- Identify and vet technical creators (YouTube, Dev.to, Medium, LinkedIn, X)

- Build and manage a roster of developers and technical influencers

- Run outreach, negotiate rates, and manage relationships

Campaign Execution

- Turn technical product messaging into clear, compelling creator briefs

- Coordinate content production and ensure high-quality output

- Run multiple campaigns in parallel without losing detail

Operations & Reporting

- Track performance and report back to clients

- Maintain clean campaign documentation

- Improve workflows as we scale

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

- Strong client-facing account management experience

- Ability to work confidently with technical clients and stakeholders

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end

Strong Advantage

- Experience working with technical products (SaaS, dev tools, AI, etc.)

- Experience with influencer / creator campaigns

- Experience sourcing and managing creators

- Agency or fast-paced startup background

You Don’t Need To Be An Engineer; But

You should be comfortable:

- Speaking with developers and technical founders

- Understanding technical products at a high level

- Asking good questions and translating complexity into clear messaging

AI-Native Mindset (Important)

We’re looking for someone who naturally uses AI tools to improve how they work.

This doesn’t mean basic usage; we’re looking for someone who:

- Regularly uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in their day-to-day work

- Is comfortable experimenting with different workflows and prompting approaches

- Understands the differences between tools (e.g. chat vs structured workflows vs agent-style use)

- Actively looks for ways to automate or improve how they operate

You don’t need to be technical, but you should be:

- Curious about how AI tools actually work

- Comfortable getting hands-on and figuring things out

- Someone who instinctively thinks: “there’s probably a faster way to do this”

If you’ve never really used AI tools beyond basic prompting, this role likely isn’t the right fit.

Salary

€28,000 – €35,000 depending on experience
