Campaigns & Crm Associate

Key responsibilities

• Own weekly comms planning: SMS (3/week) and email newsletter topics (2/week) in coordination with Content Producer.
• Draft SMS copy and email outlines using approved tone and templates; maintain a copy bank.
• Terry's Circle operations: monthly voucher calendar, campaign schedule, push notification copy drafts, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with eComm for website content support and ensure correct linking/UTMs.
• Maintain KPI dashboard: outputs, clicks/replies where available, redemptions via codes, branch feedback.
• Draft monthly Marketing report (narrative + KPI tables) by 5th working day.

Minimum requirements

• Strong writing and structuring skills; comfortable with concise copy.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
• Highly organized; can manage multiple deadlines weekly.
• Understands loyalty mechanics and promo governance.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with email tools/CRM and UTM tracking.
• Basic Meta ads knowledge (retargeting/boost governance).

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
