Overview
Graduate America is hiring a full-time Campus Operations Coordinator for each campus location. This role reports directly to the Campus Director and supports daily front office operations, student services, admissions coordination, and basic IT support. You will serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors while helping keep campus operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls and manage front desk operations
- Greet students and visitors and coordinate campus tours
- Schedule admissions appointments and support enrollment staff with document intake
- Assist with student onboarding and orientation coordination
- Provide basic IT support including printer troubleshooting, classroom screen setup, Wi-Fi connectivity assistance, and password resets
- Maintain office organization, supply inventory, and daily administrative tasks
- Support compliance documentation intake and internal reporting
- Assist with room scheduling and daily campus coordination
- Maintain a professional and welcoming campus environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in education administration, office support, or front desk operations preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Schedule and Pay
- Full-time, hourly position
- Monday through Friday schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17.0 – 21.0 per week
Work Location: In person
