The Opportunity

We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Cannabis Retail Associate to join our team at the West Edmonton location (Stony Plain Rd). This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in cannabis, excellent people skills, and the ability to work flexible hours—including evenings and weekends. Whether you have prior industry experience or you’re new but eager to learn, this is your chance to grow within a supportive and knowledgeable retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Offer warm, helpful customer service while assisting shoppers in choosing the right products
• Learn and stay up to date on our cannabis offerings and accessories
• Process transactions using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately
• Follow all AGLC regulations and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized retail space and help with daily store operations
• Be dependable—arriving on time and ready to contribute to the team
• Work independently and alongside a small, passionate staff

What You’ll Bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Certified through AGLC SellSafe and registered as a Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW)
• Friendly, approachable, and motivated to assist customers
• Previous cannabis or retail experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to work both solo and as part of a team
• Reliable availability for weekends and evenings

Shift Details

• Part-time: 15 to 24 hours/week
• Primarily evening and weekend shifts
• Casual hours, with potential to pick up extra shifts
