Join our team as a Cannabis Trimmer and be a vital part of the cultivation process! In this role, you will work closely with our cultivation team to carefully trim, manicure, and prepare cannabis for distribution and sale. Your attention to detail and passion for post harvest will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Duties

• Precisely trim and manicure cannabis plants to enhance quality and appearance
• Remove excess leaves, stems, and buds using hand tools such as scissors, trimmers, and pruning shears
• Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies through plant identification skills
• Assist with harvesting activities, including drying and curing processes when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency during trimming sessions
• Support co workers by cleaning up at the end of each work day.
• Follow all safety protocols related to handling tools, chemicals, and plant materials

Qualifications

• Prior experience in trimming and bucking is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of basic trimming techniques.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced cannabis cultivation environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
