Capital Growth And Investment Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Capital Growth and Investment Manager to lead investment strategies, analyze market opportunities, manage portfolios, and drive sustainable capital growth while balancing risk, yield, and liquidity through informed financial decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 3 years of experience in investment management or banking operations
• Solid understanding of investment instruments and financial markets
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis of both short-term and long-term investment opportunities
• Experience in reviewing, reconciling, and validating investment reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Excellent focus on internal and external customer service
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities across equity, debt, and government securities
• Assess investment risks and ensure an optimal balance between risk, yield, and liquidity
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and economic conditions affecting investments
• Manage and review the investment portfolio and recommend adjustments as needed
• Develop strategies to grow investment funds and improve overall investment yields
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and dealers for placement opportunities
• Ensure timely collection of investment income and proper documentation
• Prepare and review investment reports and regulatory submissions
• Align investment strategies with future cash flow and contractual obligations
• Lead and manage the investment team, including performance monitoring and development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
