Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in our Naas Dealership.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for customer experience. As we have more than 1 role to offer. The package will be determined by the applicant’s level of experience. We are looking for determined, hardworking, honest sales people who wish to build long lasting customer relations and seek a career not a fleeting job.

Key Objectives:

• Be able to confidently demonstrate our range of vehicles.
• Use digital tools to receive and follow-up on enquiries and leads generated
• Offer advice to customers based on their needs to assist them on their purchasing journey.
• Ensure all customers receive a premium brand experience in line with Finlay Motor Group’s ethos.
• Ensure the key steps of the Manufacture Sales Process are adhered too.

Main Duties:

• Keeping up to date with the latest product information and be able to relay this to customers in a proactive way.
• Continued learning through internal and manufacturer training portal courses.
• Meeting monthly sales targets, along with manufacturer objectives in relation to customer satisfaction and other KPIs
• Selling appropriate ancillary products relevant to the vehicle and customer

Critical Skills:

• Enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
• Experienced in sales is a requirement
• Passion for automotive technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Full valid driving licence is essential for this role
