My Care Matters Health Services is seeking for a Care Solutions Manager to join our team to make a difference in the community. The role will establish meaningful relationships in the community, create brand awareness, meet and even exceed expectations of the industry partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, qualification, closing sales, and finalizing agreements.
- Strategically plan and forecast to achieve sales, service, experience, and operational objectives.
- Expand current networks and cultivate new referral sources.
- Facilitate the conversion of leads into new clientele.
- Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Develop connections with potential clients and their support networks to create tailored home care solutions that encompass a variety of services and products.
- Initiate, arrange, and conduct consultations and assessments with both prospective and existing clients, along with their support networks.
- Assist in formulating strategies for business growth, client acquisition, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to provide unique and personalized experiences for clients and employees.
- Record keeping and tracking of information of client management and business development
- Travel as necessary to engage with referral sources and potential clients and their support networks.
- Achieve company target goals and key performance indicators
- Perform other related duties
The ideal candidate:
- The candidate should possess 1 to 2 years of recent experience in a sales position, with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
- Experience in community networking and collaboration is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365, work management, and CRM software.
- A strong history of successfully initiating, establishing, and achieving sales and customer experience objectives is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of sales, business development, and customer service standards.
- The individual must be adept at prioritizing and executing tasks efficiently in a dynamic, high-growth environment, showcasing a proven track record of results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary for managing challenging situations consistently and objectively, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- The candidate should exhibit excellent coaching abilities, a commitment to ongoing learning, and above-average communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic, energetic, and positive growth mindset is essential, along with strong ethical standards and proficiency in relationship building.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
