We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure precise and durable construction work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and efficiently on various job sites

• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, and roofing
• Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, and siding repairs
• Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, and other building components with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and site regulations

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment used in construction and carpentry

• Knowledge of various trades including framing (metal stud and wood), roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation
• Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and mold remediation

• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
