Carpet Cleaning Technician (Training Provided)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. You will utilize various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure that carpets are thoroughly cleaned and maintained, contributing to a clean and healthy environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct custodial duties as required, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
• Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Lift heavy equipment and materials as necessary during the cleaning process.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to carpet cleaning.
• Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
