New Paradigm Counseling is a well-established, rapidly growing outpatient mental health and substance use treatment center offering DUI services, IOP, peer support, and recovery-focused programs. We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-centered Case Manager to support care coordination, client communication, program enrollment, and observed UA testing for male clients under court-ordered requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, compliance-driven environment, communicates well, and enjoys supporting client success.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Case Manager ensures smooth daily operations and high-quality client support. Responsibilities include administrative coordination, answering calls, assisting with scheduling, communicating with probation and courts, supporting client onboarding, and maintaining compliance with agency and judicial requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the primary contact for client questions, scheduling, and program onboarding.
- Communicate professionally with probation, courts, and referral agencies.
- Provide structured case management and follow-up to support treatment requirements.
- Explain agency programs and enroll clients into appropriate services.
- Answer calls, greet clients, manage check-ins, and process payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance-related paperwork.
- Conduct observed UA collections for male clients following strict chain-of-custody protocols.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
- Professional demeanor with consistent boundaries.
- Must pass a Judicial/Criminal Background Check.
- Must not be currently on probation or involved in an active criminal case.
- Must be able to conduct observed UAs for male clients (compliance requirement).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, probation, or case management.
- CAT, CAS, Recovery Peer Coach, or QBHA credential preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with court-ordered treatment, DUI processes, or compliance requirements.
- Experience using EHR systems and completing accurate documentation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Entry Level (0–1 year): $20.00 – $22.00/hr
- Intermediate (1–2 years): $22.00 – $24.00/hr
- Experienced (2+ years): $24.00 – $27.00/hr
