Cashier/Customer Service

We are seeking a Cashier with high energy and exceptional customer service to join our team at Sweetcanes Sugarcane Juicery. Inspired to provide a drink that is not only delicious but nutritional at the same time, SWEETCANES Sugarcane Juicery is a juicery that specializes in freshly pressed sugarcane harmoniously blended with natural fruits. Each drink is 100% natural, crafted from the freshest ingredients, and free from added sugars and preservatives.

This is a very special and exciting opportunity as you will be one of our first team members! You’ll be a pivotal member to Sweetcanes' growth and expansion, and get the chance to gain skills in leadership, business operations, marketing, and partnerships. To start, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining juicing machine to produce high-quality sugarcane juices as well as occasionally providing customer service at the front register! The ideal candidate should have a attention to detail, a passion for service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning & loading/ off-loading booth set-up
• Greet customers, take their orders, and provide recommendations/samples based on their preferences
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter, pick-up areas and juice area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer customer questions
• Maintain inventory levels on the food counter and restock when needed
• Offer samples to customers outside our booth
• Job responsibilities can change according to the operational needs of the business.
• Able to lift/carry 40lbs

Requirements:

• Friendly and energetic can-do attitude
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Looking for someone that works with high energy and has the ability to be proactive and take initiative

Weekly Shifts

• Sunday 8:30am-3pm
• 6-7 hour shift
