Responsibilities:

• Welcomes the guests as they come into the restaurant
• Interacts with guests in the most polite manner possible
• Takes orders made by guests at the counter, take payment from guest and deliver accurate change
• Promotes up-selling
• Attention to guests needs and responds appropriately to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and noting their suggestions
• Pre-bussing and bussing tables
• Runs food
• Washing dishes
• Helping with take-out window
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
