Cashier/Sales Associate

We are currently hiring a Cashier / Sales Associate to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a Cashier / Sales Associate, you will be a key part of our daily operations—helping customers, processing transactions, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, helpful experience
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Promote store products, offers, and promotions when appropriate
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction

Cash Handling & Point-of-Sale Operations

• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
• Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges following company policies

Store Operations & Support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area
• Assist with restocking shelves and merchandise displays
• Handle opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support team members with daily store tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or Customer Service Representative preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
