1. Take record of orders made by the customers.
2. Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant
3. Assist guests professionally and cordially in any way possible.
4. Must be familiar with the restaurant rules regarding buffet rates, restaurant promos, a la carte rules, drink corkage and government discounts.
5. Must be knowledgeable with all menu items, beverage list and promos offered in the restaurant.
6. Checks satisfaction and anticipates guests’ needs throughout their stay in the restaurant.
7. Responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of the overall dining area or the restaurant (including equipment/supplies), ensuring that the dining is in good working condition and is a clean and safe venue for its customers.
8. Dining staff may also be assigned to charcoal machine duty.
9. Dining staff is responsible for double-checking the bill issued by the cashier if the number of guests, drinks and leftovers are properly charged prior to handing it to the customer.
10. Upon receiving payments, count and verbally confirm the total received cash before leaving the table and giving it to the cashier.
11. Reports to shift supervisor/manager.
12. Must appear clean and hygienic, pleasing to customers. Hair is clean cut, brushed properly, and if colored roots must not show. Men must be clean-shaven at all times, and women must wear natural looking make-up. No heavy / strong fragrances or perfumes.
13. When assigned as a receptionist:
- Responsible for listing down guests’ names accurately on the door list.
- Maintaining order where there is a line and communicating new tables with other dining staff and pantry staff.
- Must keep accurate and clean recording of door list for the day.
- Responsible for updating the POS and cashier about new customers
(tables occupied, number if guests, regular or discounted, etc.)
14. When assigned as a cashier for the day:
- Responsible for the POS, cash register, such as cash, credit and gift certificate transactions, issuing receipts, deposits, and balancing register at the end of the shift in its right procedure and documents and reports any discrepancies.
- Receiving payments & issuing receipts
- Compiling expense receipts, sales receipts, guest list and sales reports at end of day
- Dispatching drinks
- Keeping track of drinks inventory
- Accounting of cash sales
- When not busy with cashiering duties, cashier may also assist the dining staff when needed. Cashiers must be able to multi-task and is competent with computerized register system and has good and quick mathematical skills and is organized, polite, trustworthy and reliable.
- Cashier will assist the dining team in cleaning and maintaining the dining area before restaurant opens or after finishing the reports once restaurant closes.
- Cashier will do the inventory for the dining supplies and drinks.
- Cashier will shoulder any discrepancies / short from the sales during his/her shift and will turn over any excess money from the sales.

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
