Category Lead - Beauty

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver business goals
• Create and manage business plans with clear KPIs across marketing, commercial, and operations
• Own the financial performance and profitability of the business unit
• Review performance to identify efficiencies and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands and marketplace platforms
• Lead commercial negotiations and annual partner agreements
• Track e-commerce, industry, and consumer trends and execute growth initiatives
• Prepare and present product proposals to current and prospective partners

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce commercial or category management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline
• Strong strategic, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities
