The Position:

• Develop and update industry knowledge
• Lead and manage the culinary team
• Maintain client and resident satisfaction
• Manage food service operations
• Manage finances within a budget
• Purchase and manage stock

The Person:

• Diploma in Hospitality related field
• Experience in hospitality management
• Sound computer skills
• Good working knowledge of accounting and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in function catering and in kitchen operations
