Our Central Kitchen in The Greenhouse (just off Baggot Street) is the heart of all things fresh at Sprout. This is where our dressings, pickles, marinades, chopped veg, roasted ingredients and more are prepped daily before heading out to every Sprout restaurant.
We’re now looking for full-time Production Kitchen Team Members to join the crew and help keep our food tasting incredible every single day.
Start Date: Immediate
Location: The Greenhouse, Baggot Street
Contract: Full-time
Pay: €14.40–€15.50 per hour (depending on experience and role)
Reporting to: Production Manager / Head Production Chef
What You’ll Be Doing
Batch Production & Prep
Prepare ingredients in high volume — chopping, slicing, roasting, blending, portioning
Follow production sheets and recipes with precision to guarantee consistency across all Sprout locations.
Ensure every batch tastes and looks exactly as it should.
Food Safety & Compliance
Follow all HACCP procedures and maintain strict food safety standards.
Complete daily temperature checks and cleaning logs.
Understand allergens and help ensure safe preparation across all products.
Hygiene & Cleaning
Keep your station spotless throughout the day.
Follow the full cleaning schedule — equipment, worktops, storage, sinks, and floors.
Leave the kitchen cleaner than you found it.
Organisation & Storage
Label, date, and rotate stock using FIFO.
Keep fridges, dry goods, and freezers well organised.
Help maintain an efficient layout so the team can work comfortably.
Process & Efficiency
Follow Sprout’s SOPs to keep production smooth and consistent.
Stick to prep lists and support with daily and weekly targets.
Communicate clearly when stock is running low or when something needs attention.
Teamwork & Pace
Jump in wherever you’re needed — chopping, mixing, packing, cleaning.
Bring positive energy and support your teammates.
Keep pace in a fast-moving production environment.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a trained chef — we’ll teach you everything. But you do need:
Good knife skills or willingness to learn
Ability to follow recipes and instructions
Strong attention to detail
Good English for communication and safety
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Comfort working in a fast-paced production kitchen
