Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant (CCCA) to join our dynamic healthcare team which includes a D.O., D.C. and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. In this vital role, you will support chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for, contributing to their overall wellness journey. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with their check-in process, ensuring a smooth intake experience
- Support chiropractors during patient examinations and treatment procedures, maintaining a professional and caring demeanor
- Conduct patient assessments by collecting vital signs, medical histories, and current symptoms to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment notes, and progress reports using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to promote recovery and wellness
- Assist with maintaining clinical cleanliness, sterilization of equipment, and organization of treatment areas
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient service at all times
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Chiropractic Clinical Assistant (CCCA) or equivalent credential from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care
- Prior experience in patient service roles within healthcare settings is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment, intake procedures, and education
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while demonstrating professionalism and compassion
- Basic understanding of patient assessment techniques and clinical procedures in chiropractic practice
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals

Pay: $25.00 - $28.47 per hour
