Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Child Care Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with young children and a passion for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment. The Educators will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student, while also fostering a sense of community and social responsibility. Teacher Assistants will be trained and empowered to grow in our team environment.
We are looking for a Certified Toddler Teacher as well as a School Age Morning Care Group Leader, and multiple Classroom Assistants.

Key Responsibilities of a Teacher:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities that stimulate children's curiosity, creativity, and love of learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for children.
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide individualized support for children with varying developmental needs.
- Assess children’s progress regularly and document observations and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Encourage and support social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships among children.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education practices.
Key Responsibilities of a Teacher Assistant/ Morning Care Group Leader
- Provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for the children.
- Encourage age appropriate interactions between children and their peers
- Engage in activities and conversations with children that are encouraging and positive in their impact.
- Work in a team environment to ensure needs of the children are met.
- Assist with daily activities that include but are not limited to cleaning, activity set up, monitoring bathroom usage of children and assisting when needed as well as carrying out curriculum that is developed by Teachers of the program.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
