Change Management Consultants

- Bishop Auckland, New Zealand
- $nan - $nan
- Full Time
Kia ora! At Tenzing we’ve been helping our clients scale their mountains for over twenty years. We call it the Sherpa ethos: standing alongside, supporting our clients and doing the heavy lifting as they transform their business.
We are locally operated Management and Technology Consultants, with origins and experience in large international firms. At Tenzing we are hands-on and practical, committed to achieving outcomes for clients. We do transformation with our clients, not to them, making sure we leave an organisation in better shape than when we arrived.
About the role
We have opportunities for Change Management Consultants at both an Intermediate and Senior level to join our Auckland team.
About you
You will have a breadth of proven ability in activities that cover a range of skills and competencies, that cover some of the below dimensions:
- Change strategy and planning
- Stakeholder identification and assessment
- Facilitation and collaborative co-design techniques
- Communications and engagement
- Change impact assessment
- Organisational design and workforce transition
- Training needs analysis
- Change effectiveness assessment
- Change adoption and measurement
Consulting experience in a business transformation capacity is highly desirable, but most importantly you’ll bring a consulting mindset – one that’s able to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly.
Change Management will be the core focus of this role, but when there are no change-specific engagements, we expect our consultants to support other initiatives within the broader Management Consulting team. If you are adaptable, team-oriented, and ready to tackle diverse challenges, you'll be the ideal candidate for this role.
