To help us reach these goals, we are strengthening our Corporate Development Office (CDO) with a new team tasked with driving strategic change across the organization and are seeking a Change Management analyst. The Change Management Excellence team will be at the heart of our transformation efforts, leading, developing and implementing change management strategies that support successful adoption of key initiatives across the business.


To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in change management and organizational development, you are an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. In this role you will report to Senior Manager Change Management Excellence and work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.


Job Description:

Are you passionate about change management and have a proven track record of contributing to successful transitions?


You will collaborate with key stakeholders and workstreams across the organization, apply change management methodologies, and support employees through transitions to improve business outcomes.

  • Change Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and design communication plans while considering cultural influences and mobilizing change agents.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Partner with leaders, HR, and key departments to align change efforts, advise teams on best practices, and proactively manage resistance.

  • Training & Support – Develop training programs, establish feedback mechanisms, and integrate change management principles into business processes.

  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Define KPIs, track adoption, analyze feedback, and refine change strategies based on insights and industry trends.

  • Governance & Best Practices – Ensure structured frameworks, methodologies, and governance for effective and consistent change management execution.

Job Requirements:

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in change management, project management organizational development, or a related role.

  • Background in consulting is a plus, especially if you’ve worked on transformation or change projects—though not required.

  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of an organization.

Occasional travel may be required.
