KNOW THE ROLE
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to assess current business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive effective organisational change. This role will focus on process optimisation, resource alignment, and workforce planning, ensuring the business operates efficiently while supporting strategic objectives. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Evaluate existing structures, processes, and workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvement
Partner with leadership and teams to support business transformation initiatives
Assess team structures and resource allocation, recommending optimisation strategies where appropriate
Develop and implement change management strategies that enhance collaboration and engagement
Identify process improvement opportunities, including automation and best practices
Create and present reports with data-driven recommendations to leadership
Ensure change initiatives minimise disruption and support long-term business success
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Background in business consulting, change management, or organisational development
Experience in retail, supply chain, or corporate operations is a plus
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is beneficial
Proven experience in change management, business process improvement, or organisational transformation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex structures and workflows
Experience in workforce planning, restructuring, or operational efficiency projects
Ability to work across multiple business functions, building relationships at all levels
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change communication strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
