Chat Support Representative - Ecommerce

Job Descriptions:

- Answers questions/inquiries about the company’s products and/or services

- Process orders & transactions

- Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems

- Deliver information about the company and its products

- Providing proactive customer outreach

- Handle customer complaints

- Collects and analyzes customer feedback

Qualifications :

- At least 6 months experience in CSR Field

- Skilled in English Language

- Finished/graduated with at least 2 year course.

- Amenable to work on site and work in a shifting schedule

- Has multi-tasking skills/experience
