Chef 32m Sy - 4 Months Leave

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join a 32m performance sailing yacht. The successful candidate will have 4–5 years of professional experience, including at least one year working on a yacht—ideally a sailing yacht—and 3–4 years of training in high-end restaurants, with significant exposure to Michelin-level or similar establishments. As they are a busy charter yacht, operating 6–8 weeks per year with an additional 8–10 weeks of owner use, versatility is key, and experience catering to a wide range of dietary requirements is essential. This year’s itinerary includes the Caribbean followed by a return to the Mediterranean and the UK, so the ability to thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment is crucial.

We are seeking someone who truly loves food, is enthusiastic about learning and brings creativity to their craft. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, thrive under a brisk pace, and enjoy cooking for people while contributing as a supportive and engaging member of the crew. While sailing experience is not required, a sporting background and willingness to learn how to sail are highly desirable. This role will particularly suit a self-starter who enjoys working independently, but who is also happy to assist in other departments when needed.

You will be joining an active crew who enjoy climbing, swimming, cycling, CrossFit, yoga, and other outdoor pursuits, so a love of staying active and adventurous will help you feel right at home.
