Chief Executive Officer (Ceo)

We are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation through its next phase of growth. The CEO will oversee strategic planning, business expansion, operational management, financial performance, and brand development. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile repair industry and proven leadership experience in managing multi-location retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for company growth and profitability

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency

• Manage senior leadership team and provide guidance on operational and financial matters

• Lead business development initiatives including partnerships, franchising, and B2B services

• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulations

• Represent the company in government, industry, and investor relations
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading a multi-outlet retail or service-based business

• In-depth knowledge of mobile phone repair, retail operations, and customer service

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with suppliers, partners, and customers
