As part of their continued growth, Real NZ is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team. This role arises following the internal promotion of the current CFO, highlighting the organisation's commitment to career development. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape business strategy, ensure financial stability, and drive long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the finance function, providing strategic financial insights.
• Managing teams across Finance, Technology, Business Assurance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Partnering with the executive team to pursue growth initiatives and new opportunities.
• Aligning financial decisions with the organisation's sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and experience in senior financial roles within growing, multi-site organisations.
