Chief Financial Officer

We are urgently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leading logistics company in the Philippines. If you are an experienced finance professional with a strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and compliance, we want to hear from you!

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial objectives, and KPIs.
• Develop annual budgets, short- and long-term financial plans, and provide performance-enhancing recommendations.
• Perform risk management through liability analysis, investment evaluation, and capital structure management.
• Monitor business performance, implement corrective measures, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Review, submit, and prepare (if necessary) financial reports, including CFO and GM Reports, revenue certifications, and more.
• Oversee the Finance and Accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate budget and financial trend analyses.
• Lead in evaluating and strengthening company controls.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax authorities and other regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification is highly desired.
• Experience with one of the top 4 audit firms is a strong advantage.
