Job Description:

Our client is an innovative and fast-scaling fintech company revolutionizing digital financial services in Southeast Asia. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm offers cutting-edge solutions in digital payments, lending, wealth tech, and personal finance. As part of its next phase of growth, the company is looking for an experienced and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts and build a powerful brand presence in the Singapore market. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the full marketing strategy across brand, digital, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Singapore
  • Oversee performance marketing, content strategy, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, PR, and influencer marketing
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with user experience and product development
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, content, and communications
  • Define and own marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer lifetime value metrics
  • Identify market trends and consumer insights to shape messaging and go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors to optimize outcomes
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with MAS regulations and fintech industry standards
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring all campaigns are audience-centric and data-informed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within fintech, digital banking, or consumer tech industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable user and revenue growth in Singapore
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, brand building, and PR
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore fintech ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and consumer behavior
