  • Monitor the external security environment and act proactively in response to changes in threat landscapes and regulatory requirements

Security Protection

  • Identify assets to be protected, vulnerabilities, and threats within security-sensitive activities

  • Own and drive security protection analyses, security protection plans, and related action plans

  • Ensure that the established level of security protection is maintained across physical security, information security, and personnel security

  • Collaborate with relevant authorities and external partners

Information & Cybersecurity

  • Establish and maintain a systematic information security management framework

  • Ensure a secure IT and information architecture

  • Be responsible for incident management, business continuity, and recovery capabilities

  • Ensure compliance with, among others, protective security legislation, NIS2, and GDPR

We are looking for someone who

  • Has several years of experience in advanced security work within regulated and/or societally critical operations

  • Has held senior roles within security, information security, or security protection

  • Has experience interpreting legal requirements and threat landscapes and translating them into practical protective measures

  • Has worked with or built security functions, preferably in organizations under establishment

  • Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and demonstrate high integrity. You are confident in making decisions and build trust through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
