Chief Stewardess 60+M Sy

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a much-loved sailing yacht with an excellent reputation and a strong history of crew longevity. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a well-established program with long standing ownership.

Ideally, the successful candidate will join the yacht in late September for Les Voiles de St Tropez, working alongside the outgoing, long-standing Chief Stewardess to ensure a smooth handover. You will officially step into the role in October before preparing for the Atlantic crossing to Antigua in November where they will be based for the winter season. Summer 2026 will likely be spent in Europe, potentially Scotland and Scandinavia.

The interior is run with two stews. Candidates should have proven experience as Chief Stewardess or substantial tenure as 2nd Stew on a similar-sized vessel. Sailing yacht experience is advantageous. There is potential for more than the standard leave which is open to discussion.
