Child Care Center Director

Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children and inspiring teams? A to Z Building Blocks is looking for a dedicated Child Care Center Director to join our Eagle Mountain location! As Director, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our center, support and guide a team of educators, and help create a nurturing, educational environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and manage all center operations with professionalism and heart
✅ Foster a safe, loving, and high-quality learning space
✅ Support and mentor a passionate teaching team
✅ Build strong, positive relationships with families and the community
✅ Ensure compliance with all licensing and state regulations
✅ Represent our core values of excellence, kindness, and integrity

Requirements:
✔️ Must be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving record, be willing and able to drive a 14 passenger van to transport children
✔️ Available to work a flexible schedule Monday–Friday, between 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
✔️ Able to work 45 hours per week
✔️ Level 9 or higher on the Utah Career Ladder
✔️ Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔️ Passion for early childhood education and team growth
