Summary

<p>We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our educational initiatives at Megaminds Educare in the United States. This pivotal role involves overseeing program development, managing staff, and ensuring our facilities provide the best possible environment for children's growth and learning.</p>
Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Lead the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs aligned with company goals.</li>
<li>Manage daily operations of the childcare facilities ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.</li>
<li>Supervise staff including educators and administrative personnel to foster a collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee budgets to ensure financial sustainability of programs.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure all programs support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.</li>
<li>Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and assessment data.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements and safety protocols.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience in program management within early childhood education or related sectors.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and administrative skills.</li>
<li>Ability to develop budgets and manage financial resources efficiently.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills for engaging with families, staff, and community partners.</li>
<li>Knowledge of child development principles and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required.</li>

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,820.20 - $56,385.61 per year
