Childcare Provider

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for caregiving. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children, including those with disabilities. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for engaging children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Provide care for children with varying needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
• Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
• Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to encourage positive social interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
• Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and team members.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities for this role.
• Ability to create engaging educational activities that stimulate children's curiosity and learning.

Pay: $896.23-$1,390.00 per week
